About Ridgeline Brewing Co.

Ridgeline started in a two-car garage in 2016 with a fifteen-gallon system and a very patient landlord. We now brew on a ten-barrel system a few blocks from where we started, and the landlord drinks free.

Our house style leans dry and bitter — West Coast IPAs, a dry-hopped pilsner, and a rotating dark beer that gets heavier as the year gets colder. We do not make a hazy. People ask. We understand. We still do not make one.

The taproom opens at noon, closes when it closes, and is dog-friendly on the patio.
